CTBAT International Co. Limited is a global tobacco Joint Venture jointly owned by British American Tobacco and the China National Tobacco Corporation. The Joint Venture commenced its operation in August 2013. The business owns the international rights to the tobacco brands; Shuangxi (outside of China) and State Express 555.
CTBAT International Co. Limited has defined reporting and governance processes connected to both CNTC and BAT, as well as having a sales and distribution relationship with the companies' subsidiaries.
